Weigh(t) to go…

So, today was my first day back in the gym and Emma Stone is going to tell you how my muscles feel right about now.


I have 3 stones 3lbs to lose (to take me to my target weight of 12 stones), and I’d love to do this by the end of the year. 2017 as a skinnie Minnie would be amazing!

I’m not looking forward to getting up in the morning, especially as I work on the second floor of the building…

  1. You can absolutely do it and enjoy that burn it is evidence that you have worked hard. I promise you you will become addicted do it. I am still weight training at 6 1/2 months pregnant and I still crave my burn.

  2. You can do it πŸ™‚ I’m going through a similar thing, trying to lose weight. I did my first full workout and I could barely walk! Every muscle ached, hehe now it isn’t so bad cos my muscles are getting stronger. Keep at it! πŸ™‚

    1. Thanks Jordan, congratulations on getting through your first full workout and not giving up, though I suspect every muscle in your body was willing you to! I still ache now, so I’ve obviously worked hard! πŸ™‚
